- First Sunday in Advent! The season of watching and waiting for God begins.
- Amy Miracle preaches “Thank God It’s Advent” engaging Mark 13:24-37.
In-Person Schedule
- 8:30 a.m. Worship including Communion in Palmer Hall
- 9:30 a.m. Bible study with Karl Wetherholt
- 9:30 a.m. All Ages Service Project in the Narthex - assemble Santa Cookie Bags for the Food Pantry
- 10:30 a.m. Worship in the Sanctuary. The service includes communion, an adult baptism and the lighting of the First Advent candle by the God’s Treasures class.
- 11:30 a.m. Sermon Talk-Back with Amy in Palmer Hall. This will be an opportunity to talk about the ongoing situation in Israel and Gaza. We will explore these questions: What are you struggling with in all of this? What is the role of Christians during this time? What are our Biblical and theological touchstones?

- Online worship will premiere on YouTube at 8:30 a.m.
